Aires de création

The Aires de création project allows artists to undertake a research/creation residency at Centre SAGAMIE to exhibiting their work in one of the project's partner exhibition centers.

Initiated by the Centre SAGAMIE, this program promotes the establishment of a chain of collaboration between centers in order to support and disseminate artists' projects.

Excerpt from Lisa Tronca's text:

The Aires de création project offered participating artists a research-creation residency at Centre SAGAMIE an exhibition phase at a partner exhibition center. In both phases, an essential component is the hosting of the artist or duo in the given context. In addition to this aspect of hospitality on the part of the host center, there are also various support parameters such as training, technical support, and exchanges and mediation between the exhibition and the public.
